Famapp Fampay - fampay not refund money for kyc

I payed for complete kyc for upi in famapp I wanted to change the aadhar number but its verified alsi they dont respond on customer care number too the call bot says you are not a member or something of their company hence you cannot connect with the guide on call. Also there is no option for refund money
