I purchased Lloyd *.* * star inverter AC last year (**th March ****) through a Lloyd outlet.
Recently, AC is non-functioning and upon calling the Lloyd customer care, they have raised a service request with local service centre (T** Adharsh Reregistration, Warangal - Telangana). I was waiting for a call from service team and the scheduled time is also passed, but haven’t received any call. Then, I have called them up, they got the details like model number, error code(E*), purchase date over phone and confirmed it as a PCB failure which is under warranty of * years. They insisted for a Original Bill, only then service can be provided - although the product is clearly registered in Lloyd portal and they knew the model is new one covered under warranty. As they are denying the service, we tried getting the duplicate bill from the store we purchased but that outlet(exclusive Lloyd) is closed now.
Hence, I have tried talking to Lloyd Area Manager (Shekar-) who is incharge for * districts, he also denied the service again due to lack of Bill, although under warranty. Furthermore, Area Manager says I purchased Lloyd AC from an unofficial store (which is incorrect) since, the actual Lloyd outlet is closed * years back in Warangal, when that’s not the case. Although the outlet, purchased is closed physically recently, but the Google map location is still there(pasted below).

I have spent larger amount of my time convincing and explaining my problem with various people from Lloyd - Lloyd CustomerCare (* times), local Service Team (* times), Area Manager(* time), but none of them have agreed, though I mentioned local Lloyd store is closed and I’m deadlocked on the Bill, but it’s under warranty.
My service requests raised are also cancelled without taking my intimation. While raising the *nd request when I got to know my first request is cancelled saying lack of Bill, I suggested to help me in taking to a Lloyd Senior Authority and I supposed to get a call as per them but I never received and my *nd request also cancelled when I called up for the status of senior authority calling me.

I’m very much disgusted and frustrated with Lloyd Service as in this digitized world when everything is registered and available online, still insisting for physical papers, but still I tried getting the duplicate Bill but unfortunately, that Lloyd store is closed.
I regret buying Lloyd product after seeing all these and Never Again!
