Lloyd AC service - Bad behaviour of service agents

I, asked to repair my newly installed Lloyd AC (purchased on **.**.****) from customer care No. *********** on **.**.****. After few hours, I received call from mobile no. ********** who told his name as Sankalp (but my phone showed the name of caller as Faisal). This person, accompanying one other person, came to my home at Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow and told me the repair cost as Rs,. ****/- (+ Rs. ***/- as visit charges). As my AC is still under warranty period and the told amount was heavy for me, I denied to take the service and told this person that these expenses could have been told to me over telephone. However, this fellow remained adamant to pay visit charges, which I denied. After making a long quarrel, this person went out of my home and after an hour, gave life threats to me over telephone (from mobile no. **********). I am feeling very bad and embarrassed after this incident apart from demanding that such a reputed company should only send trained, professional, polite professionals to home service and proper & periodic KYC/identity verification of home service providers must be put into practice. I also demand from this company to initiate legal action against this fellow (Sankalp/Faisal) else I will be forced to file court proceedings against the company.
