MTNL MUMBAI - MTNL SECURITY DEPOSIT AND INSTRUMENT CHARGES CHARGED UNPROFESSIONAL NOT REFUNDED

* black push button phone and * R CORD returned to MTNL CHARAI THANE on **OCT****. I completed necessary formalities on paper was said by MTNL employee that within the **days max period deposit money will be refunded as this is the practise but till date no refund. Also I was charged RS *** for this black push button phone. I am a senior citizen aged **years old lady and repeated visits to MTNL CHARAI THANE have turned deafhears to my request. But now I want RS*** back + SEcurity deposit money and interest accrued for delayed period above **days + service chgs borne ie actual exps applicable for case filing asap.The refusal of refund and delay for the same is an harrassment for me as I am quite old. Please I want Action to be taken against MTNL MUMBAI for harrassment caused to me. MY LANDLINE TELEPHONE NBR IS *********** for which the complaint is raised.
