Mseb Maharashtra State Electricity Board - mseb over billing

I having consumer number ************ with MSEb at Pimple saudagar pune, in the name of Gobindram bachomal Ramchandani, sir with reference to attachments i *st got a message on **th- **- **** that my reading has gone upto ***** and we have used ***** units in one month , we approached Mseb office and got the assurance that this will be updated , after that in January **** we got a bill of ***** with reading showing as ***** and usage of **** units sir the present reading is again ***** units , sir we have a *BHK flat with no appliances in the flat not even Fridge as we are a joint family and we have a * BHK flat attached to it and are paying approximately **** to ***** per month as MSEB bill for the other flat, we use only one room where My Mother & Father stays in this flat where this meter is attached , we are paying the bills regularly sir please explain how is it possible to use so much units, sir according to attachments in one bill message which is in November the reading says ***** and the Jan **** reading says ***** , and the present reading is ***** ( all pic attached) sir there is some confusion from MSEB end please help us to update the bill as MSEB officers are not able to help us out, sir with blackmailing from MSEB that they will take away the meters , which they took both my meters one for which the bill was already paid ,we had to pay the bill of Rs *****/- on **th March **** through receipt number B************, sir we dont accept the bill issuesd by MSEB as we were told that the bill is difference for ** months of usage and the person who took the reading had done such mistake, sir we dont accept this story as the mistake of taking reading can be done one time , * times but not forty times as clearence given by MSEB officers for over billing
