We are only two members in the family myself and my ** yrs old daughter. I am full day on work and she is in my mother's house. we only go home at night . still we have bill of Rs. **** for the month of May-June'****. I have an Avg monthly bill raised of Rs. *K in last one year . suddenly This month the bill amt is so high which is actually double the Avg bill amt with less member in the family. I am normal salaried person and cannot afford to pay such high bill. There is no support in the MSEB office. request your help.
