Pvr Cinema - Movie ticket money deducted but not booked

I've booked two tickets for the movie chithha in Pvr Aerohub, Chennai *:** AM show, for **th Sep in pvr cinemas app for ₹*** in Gpay , which I have the screenshot . The money was deducted from my gpay but didn't receive tickets nor any message regarding tickets not booked. When I sent my complaint to
feedback@pvrcinemas.com, they informed the transaction failed and the money would get refunded within * to * days .
But it's already been more than * days and yet I didn't receive my money. When I mailed them back they didn't respond. And their customer care never seems to connect me with a person.
