Royal Enfield 350 - Motorcycle damaged

My motorcycle was working just fine. I went to the Manmohan service center in Chandigarh for regular service. During the service the mechanic told me that the wiring got damaged, your bike won't work now, you will have to leave the bike with us for atleast **-** days. They told me that they can fix it temporarily by patching up the wire but after that the warranty will lapse. My motorcycle is not even a year old and this is the kind of service they are providing. I told them that fix it temporarily until the wiring arrives. They said no they won't do it. The service manager their was so rude and arrogant. Horrible experience with Royal Enfield. I was planning to go on a trip tomorrow for my birthday and just * day before they created this entire mess.
