My phone is Moto g* plus which is in warranty.Problem with display and jack. Official Moto Service Center denied to resolve display issue and asked me to wait for ** days for jack issue.It's been more than a month and they haven't resolved it.Whenever I contact them, they give the repeated excuse saying "the part/motherboard is on-route & they will resolve it once they receive it", which I strongly feel will never be true.The personnels handling requests are not at all co-operative and misinformed as well. It feels I have purchased my phone from any local manufacturer,such is the poor service provided by Moto Company. As of now,my Phone is still at the Service Center and they are asking to wait for ** more days.I think I invested my ***** for keeping phone at service center.
