One Plus - Motherboard damaged

Dear Concern,

This it to acknowledge you about the services and products issue for the Company ONE PLUS Mobile. I purchased One plus * from online site Amazon in the month of July ** and I am facing lots of problems in this handset for which i took multiple followups. I reached to Customer Service multiple times they asked me to visit to Service Center, I visited Service center twice, people sitting over their do not have part/ solution for the same, they told me to visit next week and on.

As I already told to both of them I paid you **k and facing lots of issues, Both Customer Care, Service Centre and Kundan from escalation team said We are helpless, cant do anything. In just ** days they asked me that there is a Fault in mother board which need to be changed, As I am into travelling Job and located as remote locations, cants chase them on daily bases. As instructed with Customer care exeutives I have format my mobile twice. None of employee is supportive, they said you bought from Amazon, we cant help you.

In just **days of usage Mother Borad need to be changes and these are the below issue for which I paid **k to Oneplus Mobile company

* Camera quality pathetic.
* No Flash light working
* Auto switched off/ on
* Keep hanging/ Screen paused.
* Auto play of songs when connected thru Bluetooth.
* Voice not clear which speaking / listening.
* While watching any video, volume button don't work.
* While typing keyboard key enlarge.
* While playing Music, call recording automatically Play.
* Phone get auto unlock, inspite of password/pattern.
* Heat up while charging,phone/charger
* Battery drainage too fast.

I am literally fedup with the mobile/ services of Oneplus. Kindly refund my money back on priority basis.
