Hathway ( @HathwayBrdband ) is one the most pathetic Cable Broadband company. Will never suggest it to anyone. They're knowingly violating TRAI Guidelines for Consumer Redressal alongwith making mockery of customers, without taking zero initiative to solve the problem.I have raised a ticket on *th June till date it's more than * weeks no response from ISP. They are just giving fake commitment by giving issues will be solved with in * - * working days. They never bother about customer issues and mental agony they are causing.As I have paid till October I just locked up. Never know for Hathway broadband.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
