Payment for internet connection is successful but the account is not yet activated though they sent the message to Mobile number indicating "Your account will be activated in * hours" but there is no response from the customer services since * days...no one is attemding calls though we tried contacting *-** Mobile numbers and also toll free . please kindly follow up the issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
