To HDFC Bank
On *th June HDFC bank initiated ECS deduction against my personal loan. EMI amount is Rs ****.
There was no sufficient balance in my account on *th June and I have applied for moratorium on **th June. As per RBI regulation refund money will be credited within * days.
On *th June Rs **.** has been debited from my account by HDFC bank
On **th June Rs *** has been debited from my account by HDFC bank
On **nd June Rs **** has been debited from my account by HDFC bank
On **th June Rs **** has been debited from my account by HDFC bank
Again on **th June Rs ****.** amount has been debited from my account by HDFC bank
My EMI amount is Rs **** and the money they have deducted is more than my emi amount. I have applied for moratorium on **th June but till date I didn't get any response from HDFC bank. They have deducted my EMI amount and extra money from my account.
Even after sending several reminders I am not getting any response from HDFC bank.
As per RBI regulation whosoever applied for moratorium the refund amount will be credited within * days if the bank deducted any EMI amount.
It's been more than ** days I have applied for moratorium but there is no response from HDFc bank.

I have raised complaint in Consumer forum many times but no response, I have raised complaint in HDFC customer care but I didn't get any response yet.
Don't cheat your customers. I will withdraw my account from HDFC bank.
Take necessary action and resolve this issue
