Olx - Money was taken by seller and product wasn t delivered and seller blocking my number

Hi,
I had ordered a device in olx from Hyderabad first the seller said that I should pay delivery charges ***/- via phone pe so I have trusted him and paid on March **th he processed the order with COD worth **,*** and then the package was delayed and I came to vizag so the seller asked me to pay **,*** via phone pe I had asked him there will be no consequences right he confirmed yes then I paid **,*** via phone pe on March **th from then there is no correct response from the seller afterwards he asked me to contact dealer the dealer just saw my messages and left them and on March **st olx remove the seller I was worried and contacted the seller he had switched off his phone an I contacted the dealer with multiple numbers he blocked all my numbers.

So I request you to do the needful and refund by amount from the seller
