ICICI FASTTAG - money was debited but icici fastag was not recharged

on ** april **** at *:** am i recharged icici fastag with ***rs… money was successfully debited from my bank but was not credited to my fastag account. on same day when i was passing through toll plaza my car was not allowed to pass as it showed black listed. but i had already recharged for it. on the spot i was asked to recharge again with ***rs. this time money was credited to my fastag account immediately.
so i recharged fastag with ****rs on that day but only got ***rs in icici fastag account.
i called icici fastag customer care on ** april regarding my problem. they registered my complaint. i also gave them transaction id of that payment . but on ** april i received a message stating that my complaint was not completed successfully.
what to do now. ?
i have already checked my bank statement. and it shows money was debited twice on that day recharging fastag.
