Moneyview - Money View Auto Debit Double payment in Month

As per loan term EMI of amount *****/- was auto debited from my bank account on *th Jan, but in email from money view it show payment failed. Next day i was getting calls and warnings of over due amount so i made payment of *****/- on *th by UPI. Now there is double payment. Suddenly after making payment on *th by UPI i got confirmation of both payments successful from money view. Now I tried to contact this horrible company by all means but there is no customer care at all, only auto bots. How in country like India RBI approved such companies? Is there any norm with the company regarding customers ? nothing. I advise to stay away from such online fraudulent companies.
