Moneyview - loan pre closure issue

I have taken personal of Rs*,**,*** from moneyview by paying more than Rs.**** processing charges.
And I want to pre close my loan, they are bringing terms and conditions in between saying that I can't pre close my loan till ** EMIs are paid.
I was not told or seen this tricky condition while applying for loan.
In fact I was able to see pre closure option after * days of loan sanction. Now it is disabled purposely.
I want to pre close my loan with applicable minimum pre closure charges and interest on outstanding.
This is nothing but harassment of customers to pay more and more interests and other hidden charges.
Now I am being offered to pre close loan by paying forthcoming ** months interest which is unfair and injustice to pay interest for the period which is not yet completed
