on **nd of November i was doing shopping from www.aristobrat.in, and i did the payment through UPI of Rs. ***.**, money transferred to their beneficiary account, also in my UPI app it is showing the successful transaction, but the order wasn't placed, i talked to the aristobrat customer service but they said we didn't receive any money and hanged up the call on my face, and now they are not replying of mails also, i confirmed from my bank too, the money has successfully transferred to their beneficiary account, i have all the evidences including transaction id and screenshot of successful payment, i am sending you screenshot of payment evidence.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
