Aristobrat - Refund not given

Ayush Vijay filed complaint against Aristobrat on Apr 27, 2019

I had ordered a product via this online retailer and later returned the product. I contacted the customer care on not receiving the refund as promised. They provided me with insufficient details and claimed that the refund has been done. I contacted my bank and they said no refund has been made. I then sent various emails to the Aristobrat customer care for providing the return reference number but I'm not getting any reply.
