chillshop mart - Money transfered but no order received

By going through the ad of chillshop mart in face book,paid Rs *** through credit card for purchase of set ** non stick cookware of a particular colour.
The payment made on **/**/****.But till date neither the confirmation about the amount received nor the status of order nothing recieved yet
