Hello!!
Actually I ordered a productvfrom meesho and done the payment, money is deducted from my account but it doesn't show in order section that I order it.... That means they didn't placed my order and when I try to reach their customer service they didn't pick the call, send the email but they didn't respond... Like this is so disappointing.. I can show transaction proof. Please send my parsal.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
