Kaya Clinic - MONEY TAKEN SERVICE NOT PROVIDED NO REFUND

I am Neena Mishra from Indore and my contact number is *****-***** writing this mail to get refund of my amount which I paid for getting LASER done for my * body parts at KAYA i.e. Rs. ***** excluding Rs. *** (*** Consultation Fees + *** COVID safety charges).
Here is the detail of whole incident happened with me at KAYA:
I took an appointment for consultation * week before FACIAL LASER and even before visiting for consultation I contacted Kaya that I will come today and scheduled my appointment even after that "My first experience was the worst experience with KAYA" that after my consultation with Dr. Sheena Kapoor in my first session I got laser done by assistant Mr. Vinay Dhiman who shaved my face and given me anesthesia to numb my facial area with hairs after this I kept on to wait for **-** mins and started with laser and then, he realizes that LASER is not working and has some technical error and goes outside then, comeback and says Ma'am sorry there is some error in the machine and I have called our vendor and your this session won't be count and you have all ** sessions with you that you can start from next week which I am no more willing to get after this worst experience I had with KAYA and want my amount refund ASAP.
Other concerns I have:
*. Behavior of staff was completely changed after this blunder mistake they have done and also once they took the complete amount from me.
*. If you are going to provide any service to any customer shouldn't you guys should check with the equipment's you are going to use for customer?
*. Once this happened that machine didn't work or gave error then, after that they got my signatures done on consent paper. From where it is right and that too without letting me read that?
If it was meant to be done to take my signatures on consent paper then, it has to be done before starting with session not after session went all wrong.
*. No message received by me after cancellation of this worst session I received from KAYA.
*. Most important thing I have my engagement near and that shaved area gave patches on my face and let me share one more thing I have never done shaving on my face earlier to avoid growing thick hairs that I got for free from KAYA service.
Is this should I expect from KAYA after trusting you guys and paying that big amount in one go i.e. Rs. ***** which according to Ms. Zeenat Khan is policy of KAYA that before appearing for any service you have to pay whole amount in one go that she calls "on the spot booking".
I am no more willing to get any of the service done from KAYA. I just want my amount refund as soon as possible.
