Gtpl Broadband - Money taken but no connection yet

I paid the connection money on *th Nov and it's **th November Today. It's been more than ** days the executive took the money and hasn't yet got the connection to our house.
His name is Chirag: ********** // **********
He said it will be done in ** days and hasn't yet delivered the connection.
This is really not done by GTPL as how they behave with customers.
