made a booking of *.*L in last one year.
mmt gave me *k loyalty bonus e piring in * months.
i booked a flight with the bonus money.
for some reason i have to cancel it, and in the cancellation review i can see my complete money coming back as i am a double black member.
But i did not got the *k back as the expiry time ** days of using that money was expired.
This is NOT mentioned anywhere in the t&c
Even the cancellation review showed complete money refund.
Had a call with mmt agent and he said you have to use the money before cancellation and cancel before the expiry date if u have to.
seriously.
Then ehat is the use of being a double black member.
I am not going to use the app for any further bookings.
Initially one mmt guy said you will get the money and it will reflect in ** hours.
Called after * days, another guy said, he was wrong u will not get it now as the expiry date is gone.
if i had used my money before expiry date, why do you care when i cancel my flight what did i used.
what is the meaning of double black if i cannot get the money back.
