I have ordered some medicines but it got cancelled automatically from there side due to stock unavailability.But i didn't received the amount yet which i ordered at *st April ****.
Also i ordered second time some medicines out which some got cancelled and i didn't received the refund amount yet nor any mail.And still awaiting for delivery.
Also customer care number is not working.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
