I ordered a watch online on **/**/**** and paid Rs. ****/- in full. Till today as on **th November ****, I have not received the watch. I have spoken to the Customer Service Executive and they said the managers are looking into. I have texted them them innumerable times. I have mailed them also. However, there had not been any conscious effort from their end.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
