I had order titan watch online and opted for cash on delivery when I received the item I received different product and the same was not working. I called their helpline number but they are not picking up the call. I sent them mail but received no response from their end.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
