In the Vastrova site I had ordered a Lemon Green Rayon Salwar Suit, even I didn’t receive the product, it almost one month. In Vastrova site nowhere I found the number to contact them. Only means of communication was email. That too I was not getting early replies from the Vastrova team. In email they replied it will be credited to the wallet actually wallet is not source of debiting of my amount.
I requested in emails for the team several time to credit the amount (****/) to my account number and provided the details too. Stating that if the amount is in wallet it may not be useful for me as I may not do any shipping again in their site due to the worst experience I had.
Still they have credited some amount around Rs. ****/
Hence Vastrova is untrustable company and they have nothing to do with the customer problems. Just a fake team who is making money. Please help me.
