I had made a transaction of amount Rs. ***** (**** amount via UPI transaction through Punjab National Bank Account number-****************.Transaction id indicated on PNB is as follows-UPI/************/P*M/cred.club@axisb/CREDCLUB* *,***.** ) for paying ICICI bank credit card number-**************** on Dtd.**/**/**** but it failed during transaction as per CRED app. But the amount was debited on Dtd **/**/****.
I have raised issue on CRED app & following mail was conveyed on my email id-
Upon checking your CRED account we found that the payment of ₹**,***.** (including CRED balance of ₹**.**) with the order id D***Z*X**GY made towards the ICICI Bank credit card (X-****) on * Nov '** has failed as the payment was not authorized.
Also we found that you have made the payment through UPI and refund for the debited amount pf ₹*,***.** has been initiated on * Nov '** in the same source of payment and it will reflect in your source account within *-* working days (excluding *nd and *th Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) from the date of refund initiation. The UTR number for the refund amount is ACDkRwzdPwX*vLEmjzl**b*.
Hence we request you to kindly wait for maximum till the end of the day of * Nov '** for the refund to get reflected to your source account.
I have talked to PNB customer care also but as per telephonic conversation there has not been any reversed transaction of amount of **** via any source.
Therefore it is my kind request to resolve the issues of refund of amount of **** from CRED app to my PNB account at the earliest & solve my concern without failure.
