Union Bank of India - Money not returned

I have booked a ticket of train but somehow the booking got cancelled during the process right after the payment! The IRCTC returned the money right after and on contacting my bank the executive said the money will be reflected in * days but the money wasn't refunded so I contacted them again but they said they have marked my complaint and will return my money in ** days. I want my money back.
