zapvi in - Money not returned

I ordered two mobile cover from the above mentioned website but they cancelled my order but the money got deducted from my account. They told to return it to my bank account in working * to * days but haven't received my money yet. And when i track my order it shows that the package is delivered to the respective place. But i haven't got the order as well.
