Myntra - Money not refunded

I have bought three dresses from Myntra listed below.
Varanga - Rs****
House of Pataudi - Rs ****
Sangria - Rs ****
I have placed the return order, the EKart pick guy had come and picked the two dresses that is Sangria and House of Pataudia worth of Rs ****-/- but they have refunded the amount for the other product Varanga worth of Rs **** but while the product is still with me and changed the status as refunded completed. Due to which I can neither return the Varanga product and did not get the full amount of the product returned worth of Rs ****.
I had raised complain many times and spoke to mangers as well but I am getting the same response that the product have not reached them in spite of explaining them the whole issue.
