I ordered Mi A* from Mi Store worth rupees **,*** somewhere around end of October ****. As it had charging issues, I requested for replacement. The replaced product had charging issues too. So I requested for refund and returned the product in November ****. It has almost been * months from then and I have not got my money yet. I contacted the company several times but no support was provided. I even sent them the proof that money is not refunded. **,*** rupees is really a big amount for a middle class person like me. I got cheated.
