On **th May ****, I purchased an electronic device worth **** from Redcrate.in. It was a prepaid order. I received a damaged product. I requested a refund and they told me over the mail to ship the product to their address costing me *** rupees. I tried reaching the team. The product has been returned to them successfully but no response or acknowledgement is there from their end.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
