I ordered the product named 'Daddy Duster' online through Redcrate.in site on **th May ****. Soon confirmation mail came from them showing Order ID. In the catalogue, they have said that we will get ₹ *** cash back if we pay the amount via NetBanking. But I didn't get it. I had to pay the full amount of ₹ ***. Seeing it, I doubted their reliability and sent a mail to them asking to cancel my order. But afterwards, there is no information from them. Only one number is given on their site. It is always busy and not picking up the calls. They are not replying to the mail also. There is no tracking facility available on their site. It is a fraud site. I want to register a complaint against the company Redcrate.in or Divadeal.in and want them to repay my amount back.
