Regalia Corporate Service Pvt. Ltd. - Money not refunded

I am Vardhman Verma making complaint against Regalia Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. which provides holiday membership and club membership - I visited there on **/**/**** and agreed for the holiday and club membership and made the payment of Rs. ****** .
Incident :- I have been told by the sales consultant that ( Regalia) will provide Accommodation and Cab free during the every trip. But the sales consultant ( Smita ) has not properly explained to me and not told anything about the fuel expenses, that would be bear by me only during the trips which is disclosed later after the payment made. After knowing this information I cam to know this will increase my budget and cannot afford all the trips (Domestic as well as International ) then immediately I have proceeded for the refund without using a single service from them and sent the mail for the refund on the same day(**/**/****- within * hour) of the payment made, now they are refusing for the refund of the payment made and not cancelling the holiday and club membership and not responding of my mail. This is the very huge amount of Rs. ****** and they are not refunding. Could you please assist and help to get the refund of Rs.****** from them and register my complaint and take strict action against them . Regalia Sales Consultant( Fraud )- ( Smita )- **********- She has explained in fraudulent way just to agree me for the package(Holiday and Club Membership) and cleared the things about the package when the payment was made.
