Hi,
I am Praveen Kumar Yekabote working as a System Engineer and belongs to lower middle class family.One fine day I got the promotional offer from Regalia and got called to collect free gift.After reaching there they holded me in their wording and marketing strategy and pushed me to buy membership.For me every package is costlier so they provided me with ***** package .I bought it through my Credit card on *th May **** whose interest only m paying to bank till now.When I planned to go for a trip then I came to know about the real term like restrictions on places during peek period,cab charges to be bare by us etc.etc.
After discussing I got to know I can't make it and my financial situation would not support m for this so I talked to them personally and requested to refund my money.I have been following up over email since months but no response.
I lost my job recently and in big need of money.I request them to refund at least ***** but they are not responding.
I got cheated by Regalia.I lost my money and my peace.
