Justdial - Money not refunded

I had started my business on Nov **** seeing that justdial guys approached me, explaining to me all kind of schemes. I was already having some problems with a partner due to which I was not sure about continuing the business. But the justdial guy continuously irritated me visiting my shop every two days. Continuously for ** times, finally unable to cope with his harassment. I gave him my credit card and he never told me about the monthly package. They forced me to take the whole year package. But, unfortunately, I had to shut the business with my partner's problem in just a month. Now they are not returning the amount. I have made the number of calls asking them to cancel my account and please refund my amount, they are treating me so badly. Now that I have already faced business losses and upon this just dial loss of *****. I am getting customer calls from justdial. Seriously this the way they treat b*b clients only cares up to a point that we give them money. After that, they are not bothered at all. Very troubled by justdial.
I am following them continuously on customer care as well as I have emailed them on a daily basis but they are turning a blind eye. They are ignoring so badly.
