Y AXIS OVERSEAS CAREER CONSULTANTS - MONEY NOT REFUNDED

Dear sir / Mam,
My name is Wajahat Hassan. I am from Srinagar J&K. I would like to know your good self that I & my cousin brother planned to visited Lithuania as tourist. in this connection, we contact the Y axis for booking the appointment at Delhi Centre. They are asking Rs. *****/= Per Person as their fees. We paid the fees in the month of March-****. After receiving the payments from us, they didn't reply to our emails nor call us back in this regard. Yesterday, i dropped the email to them, in which email, I write them that why they are not responding our emails or our calls. After that one of the consultant from Y Axis an namely Priyadarshini Rayarapu ( Process Consultant - Visa) calls me, I said her please book the appointment as we have planned to visit in the month of June-****. She said i will call you back in ** minutes. After ** minutes she called me & said that they cannot book the appointment for Lithuania, she said we will book some other country. I said her, how it is possible that I will go some other country, I Said you taken the money from us for Lithuania Visa Booking. I said her, Kindly refund our money, so that we will go with some other visa consultant. But she said we cannot refund. she said contact our sales manager i.e Radhika. I said her , please tell Radhika call me. But unfortunately, She didn't call me back. She Sent me a WhatsApp message , in which message she writes me that " Sir Sorry But for visit payment it is not refunded". Please tell me if they didn't provide the service which they offered to us, then how can they will keep our money. They are looting the innocent people.
I request you to kindly take the necessary action against them, so that other innocent people will be safe from these fraudulent people. and refund our money ASAP.
