The company: (*) Never filed the Skills Assessment petition despite charging Rs.**,*** for it -- confirmed in writing by their own Process Manager; (*) Charged Rs.**,***.** for PTE coaching which does not appear anywhere in the signed agreement; (*) Calculated refund on Rs.*,**,*** instead of Rs.*,**,*** actually paid -- a Rs.**,*** discrepancy acknowledged but never explained; (*) Falsely stated I am not eligible for refund, contradicting Section ** of the signed agreement.
