On **st December ****, I bought a jeans for ₹*** at zudio, they mistakenly charged my debit card for ₹****, the manager told he’ll declare the transaction void, and the money will be refunded in ** hrs, it’s been *-* days since the incident, no money has been refunded, whenever I call the manager, he says, I have emailed that to the senior. What kind of customer service is zudio providing, there is no helpline number. It was their mistake and the customer is suffering now
