I was in touch with one of Colive's executives, Ramjit - ********** (October ** ****) who sent me fake pictures of a PG and asked me to pay Rs.*,*** as booking amount and said it was fully refundable if I did not like it.(I also had to text him everyday for almost * days for the receipts and did not receive one ) Later after the payment was done he sent me pictures of the PG which were not even close to what pictures he sent earlier... and when we asked for refund he said only **% can be refunded(never mentioned the **% policy ever before). It has been more than * weeks now and not a single penny has been refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
