Spectranet, through their salesman, Hansraj, took money for installing internet at our residence, ****/*, the palms, South City *, gurgaon ******.
They could not installed the internet due to technical reasons. At that time, they promised to refund money. Deposited several reminders, they have still not refunded the money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
