Football monk - Money not refunded

Order #***** Was Placed On August **, **** And Is Currently Cancelled, I have not got my refund yet, they say they have initiated the refund on ** August ,but today is * September. Pathetic company, pathetic service, don't trust these guys... My money is struck your will be too

When i saw lot of negative reviews on voxya about them, they said they were by there competitors
but now I have first hand experience and i know they are cheating people doing nothing else...
They gave RRN number for refund which customer care is saying they cannot track you have to go to your home branch...
I live outside my hometown and it's really difficult for me to go to my hometown for refund as it would cost me the same amount....
Earlier when i raised the complaint on voxya they said remove the complaint as they have refunded the money but nothing came in my account as of now... I'll not be closing the complaint this time and will be going consumer court too this time...
