Name of the Company -make mytrip Service Type -hotel booked booking id:-nh************* Date of booking :- **.june **** Register number and email id of the consumer -********** anjalisomani**@gmail.com Amount paid -us dollar ** Problem:- On **.June **** he booked a hotel this hotel are covered the island but the sea root was closed due to that he does not visit the hotel regarding this issue he contact to the company for asking the refund amount but they not provided any resolution due to that he made a complaint
