After placing the order, i got a confirmation mail from Ferns & Petals that the order is confirmed. Next day, there was no call or mail from them that the photo cake is not available. I kept calling them, till * PM and got a call back, that since cake is not available, they are cancelling my order. I agreed, and asked for a refund. Suddenly without informing, in the evening they attempted delivery of another cake which my security guard refused as i clearly said we DO NOT WANT ANY MORE CAKE. Its been * months, i am following for my refund.
