Vastrova - Money not refunded to source

In the Vastrova site I had ordered a lehenga, when I received the product it was very poor in its quality and whatever design was shown in the site it was not the same at all.
When order was placed I had received a call from their customer care number and I tried calling back to that number again but that are disconnecting my call and in site no where I found the number to contactthem. Only means of communication was email. That too I was not getting early replies from the Vastrova team.

In that call I had asked the details above return and refund they said that it will be credited to the bank account number but in email they replied it will be credited to the wallet actually wallet is not source of debiting of my amount.

I requested in emails for the team several time to credit the amount to my account number and provided the details too. Stating that if the amount is in wallet it may not be useful for me as I may not do any shipping again in their site due to the worst experience I had.

Still they have credited some amount around Rs.**** in to wallet by deducting RS.***.

And I had self couriered the dress to the address by spending my own money of ***.

Totally *** is complete loss for me and Rs.**** is in wallet which is of no use for me.

Hence Vastrova is untrustable company and they have nothing to do with the customer problems. Just a fake team who is making money.
