On ** April I have received bharatpe swipe machine and net day I applied for return, and its supposed to pick up on ** april, But on ** april my request automatically got cancelled in morning around *.**am but I quickly raise at *.** am. Pick up agent didn't came on that day. On ** april delivery agent cane and picked machine. Now the Bharatpe customer says that I have exceeded * day return period thats why i am not eligible for refund. I have every screenshot of messages. If you need I can provide.
