I have booked a flight ticket from chennai to Delhi on Travellook website on **.**.****. I made my payment through online transaction using card. Money got debited and after ** minutes i got a mail stating ticket is not confirmed from the airlines and it is cancelled. I got a mail stating money will be refunded in **-** working days and till now **.**.** money is refunded yet. Everytime i call the customer care i get i need to wait for *-** working days excluding saturday & sunday
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
