MMT inform me by WhatsApp message and email on */*/**** that my flight date */*/**** (Jet Airways) is cancelled and asked to initiate cancellation procedure to get the full refund. When I claimed my refund they denied the refund. After repeated explaining the incident they agreed to refund and sent a confirmation mail for a refund. Today (**/*/****) I get a call from MMT to understand the issue again and shockingly I got to know that my refund proceedings have been stopped (without even informing me). MMT now saying that they will verify with airlines. It's * days and MMT is still failed to verify the whole issue. On what ground they denied the refund?? I afraid to lose my money and this whole episode is mentally torturing as I have been discussing the whole issue with them multiple times. MMT is liable to pay my money back.
